After graduating from Charles University, he worked as a private banker at Citibank, at J&T Bank and finally at UBS in Switzerland, where he worked until 2014. In the same year, he and Tomas founded Evermore Capital and began trading together in the capital markets according to their own strategy. He is the co-author of Evermore's mathematical models and trading strategy. Honza is co-founder of Evermore Capital Management a.s., SICAV and Chairman of its Board of Directors.

He studied economics at University of New York, then worked for several brokerage companies in the Czech Republic. As a private banker, he helped manage clients' assets in the Czech office of UBS, Switzerland's largest bank. He subsequently advised clients active in capital markets and spent the next two years as a private banker at UniCredit Bank. He is the co-author of Evermore's mathematical models and trading strategy. Tomáš is co-founder of Evermore Capital Management a.s., SICAV and its Managing Partner.

After studying business sciences in Vienna, he worked in management positions at several companies in Austria and the Czech Republic. From 1997 he was a member of the board of directors of the insurance company Uniqa for ten years. He then became CEO and Chairman of the Board of Wüstenrot Financial Group in the Czech Republic. Since 2016, he has been engaged in business consulting and is a member of the Supervisory Board and Head of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of BCR Banca pentru Locuinte in Romania from Erste Group Bank. Pavel is a supervisory member of the fund's Board of Directors.
