Hanousek & partners uses Metropolis as its primary font. It is free to download and its use is wide: web, banners, printed matter as well as PDF documents. Where it is not possible to install fonts, as an alternative, you can use the classic from the system fonts - Arial.
As for font cuts, the most used is Light for longer texts and Bold or Black for headings.

If the software supports SVG, this is an ideal choice. Otherwise, JPG or PNG with transparent background.

Today it is universal PDF, formerly EPS (mainly for smaller operations with older technology).

The best choice will be AI if it uses Adobe software. Probably a PDF.
